2021 Susana Esteban 'Procura' Vinhas Velhas Branco, Vinho Regional Alentejano, Portugal Matsui Shuzo Biodynamically farmed by Steffi andProcura Branco comes from centenarian vines at roughly 700 meters of elevation. It is a field blend of traditional varieties from the region. Fermented in stainless steel and then aged in used Burgundy barrels for about 8 months, then further in stainless steel for another few months before bottling.
