2023 Antoine Lienhardt Gevrey-Chambertin Village Cote de Nuits, France Bow and Arrow so I decided to makeOrganically farmed, harvested by hand. Whole cluster semi carbonic maceration in stainless steel tank; indigenous yeast fermention. No sulfur added in vinification. One year of ageing in barrel, 10% of which is new. Touch of sulfur added at bottling. Arrives January 14th 2026.
