2020 Guimaro 'Finca Pombeiras' Ribeira Sacra, Spain Monteraponi This wine is blend ofOrigin: Ribeira Sacra, Galicia, Spain. Varieties: Almost entirely Menca, with a few vines of local varieties intermixed. Vineyard: From single 1. 2 Ha parcel (Pombeiras) of seventy plus year old vines at the center of the slope in Amandi. The vineyard is planted on a mix of granite and schist. Vinification Method: The grapes were harvested by hand and fermented with native yeasts on the skins in used French oak vats with 100% whole clusters. After
