2022 Weingut Wasenhaus Grand Ordinaire Baden, Germany Henri Magnien Aromas of almond and marzipanFormerly "Baden Nouveau" will be now the Grand Ordinaire with the 2020 vintage. The vintage is 12. 5 % alc and made identically to the Baden Nouveau with 100% whole cluster, carbonic fermentation for 10 days, pressed and fermented dry mainly in tank and barreled down in a couple old 600l + 500l + 228 l barrels and bottled in March.
