2022 Weingut Wasenhaus, Spatburgunder, Baden, Germany Heitz Cellar 80+ year old vinesPinot Noir from mainly sandy and loess soil and different origins, a part fermented entirely de stemmed and a part as 20% stems and the rest whole bunch in a classic open oak vat fermentation.
