2024 Eloi Cedo, Mallorca Novetat Total, Balearic Islands, Spain (1L) Domaine Karydas Les Clos is the onlyA blend of organically grown and hand harvested grapes on Mallorca this vintage is 90% Callet & 10% Manto Negro macerated for 5 15 days with skins and 30% whole bunch. Aged on the lees for 6 months in stainless tanks and then 6 months in bottle before release. Bottled in March '22 unfined, unfiltered, and only 7mg L of SO2.
