Don't Blink sewing the gold around the eyes"Don't Blink" The flowering trees in Minneapolis appear each spring to kick off my favorite season. They are so fleeting, blink and you'll miss them. So I make it a point each spring to stop, stare, smell, bask. And this year, I gathered photos from my favorite crabapple tree, just one block from my house, and I painted her.
