Cardedu "Caladu" Canonau, 2020/2021 etna bianco An off-shoot of Alpha ZetaBaking spices, sweet eastern spices, black plums, blackberries, faint hints of mandarin on the nose. The nose weaves seamlessly to the rustic palate, packed with berries and spice on a bright frame. 100% Cannonau, spelled in the old timey way with one "n" on front label. Cannonau is Sardegnas version of the Spanish Garnacha and the island of Sardinia's most widely planted grape. Caladu is the Sardinian word for sunset. Dry farmed vines; wine is
