Champagne Jean Vesselle Brut Réserve Bouzy NV YARRA VALLEY located in New Zealand’s Upper80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay from the richer Champagne soils of Bouzy in Montagne de Reims. The Vesselle family have been working the land for over 300 years. All that experience results in an extremely elegant, balanced champagne which boasts deep, slightly spicy cherry and raspberry flavors together with the citrus, green apple, and wildflowers, followed by cream, almond, brioche, and toast on the finish.
