It seems like fate by which I found this "Flying Fickle Finger of Fate"--at an antiques/collectibles shop where I never find anything but popped into on a whim
and quite misshapen

and with that straight line of a mouth and deep set eyes I think he's got a bit of a young Ebenezer Scrooge aspect
Large, Extremely Weathered and Hol(e)y Carved Head of Christ (?) Figure hair wreath and which he noted onHoley Christ! The hole in the underside of this very old, much weathered carved head suggests it was once attached to a large caved figure I presume representing Jesus himself, though perhaps a female santo; hard to tell for certain! The wood is more or less petrified one assumes from years and years of the figure living out in the elements, through perhaps the head was thrown in the ocean at some point, then by true miracle washed up again on shore!
