"Le Pinot Noir" Puy de Dome, 2023 Marsala extended barrel aging in FrenchCherries, herbs, candied raspberries, minerals, herbs and creamy yellow flowers on the nose. The palate is bright and dry, framed by rocks + minerals. Prior to achieving AOC status for the Ctes dAuvergne, this area was considered an extension of the Loire Valley.
