Description
This painting has an Arts and Craft feel to me
11 x 6 3/8" framed
and I especially love the inlaid mother of pearl not quite symmetrical heart
Animals measure about 2 3/8" long
Photos don't quite do her justice
Early 20th C. Fold Out Illustration: Head and Brain casserole set This painting has an ArtsOne of three early 20th century fold out anatomical illustrations, all found together but which I'm listing individually. I believe this one, and likely all of them, came from E J Stanley's "Library of Health," first published I believe in 1901, and again in 1916. Five layers total here, from exterior of young man's face in profile, to phrenological diagram of the brain, to muscles, nerves, and skeleton. As is: 9 1 4" x 6 3 4". Tape along left edge
