but often one sees porcelain manufactured in one country and decorated in another
He is fairly light in weight and seems perhaps to have been carved from driftwood
but none of the sides look more recently cut than any of the others

As with that one, I love how this flying game bird, a pheasant I would guess, looks rather as if it emerged from the fungus conk itself, always there, and as roughly rendered as the craggy back side of the conk.
