Lovely Antique Carved Button Up Boot with Scalloped Side Edging  box I pulled this out of

I pulled this out of a box filled with pinch pots and the like

followed by a portrait of Hateful Hitler and a Nasty Nazis Swastika

10 15/16” x 8 3/8”

The weave of the seat is tight and in great shape

so maybe ideally suited for hanging in a kid’s bedroom or playroom

Lovely Antique Carved Button Up Boot with Scalloped Side Edging  box I pulled this out ofJust a whimsy of sorts, which I love like I love an antique boot shaped snuff box, on this one especially for the scalloped edging of the side buttoning boot. WIth a hoot (which I believe has been in it for quite a long time) for easy hanging, with some gilding still on the "bottons" and a great patina. C. 1880s I believe. 2 3 4" t. (not including hook) x 2 7 8" l x 1" d and in very good condition.
