Expasyl opens the sulcus and leaves the field dry. It creates space in the sulcus due to its optimal viscosity characteristics; it is thick and firm enough to move tissue. Expasyl contains the hemostatic agent aluminum chloride to control bleeding: Fast: place in the sulcus for one to two minutes, then rinse. Painless:
