I am not one to grade a bank note but in my unprofessional opinion this note would qualify for a - Extremely Fine 40 (horizontal folds- there were stapled at one point & one fold in the corner of one note)
rips or tears but it is missing all the buttons
Keep it stashed in your emergency kit or wrap it around a water bottle for easy access
