(all from younger vines Musigny)
with much less oak
It’s rare that a Clos St
but better in two or three years
is absolutely gorgeous
Launay Horiot, Pommard Chaponnieres Vintage:2019 (all from younger vines Musigny)(from a . 59 ha parcel). A slightly cooler and more restrained nose is compositionally similar to that of the Pommard villages. The more refined and sleeker medium bodied flavors exude slightly more evident minerality on the firmer yet better balanced finale. Good stuff and worth considering.
